?Listen to this.? Raena opens a page to one of the books we found in the secret room. Apparently that demon hound was not something seen. I thought it was a fallen hound personally. But this book calls it a ?Hound of Hatred?. Hounds of Hatred usually are pale white with spikes on their backs. Their guts are rotten away and you see only their ribcage and back. Their legs still have muscle and sinew, and their faces are mostly bone save for their mouths and eyes. They have a deafening screech and are very fast.?

    ?That explains why the hound acted the way it did?, I said as I was looking at another book. ?But I couldn?t tell what type of hound it was since it was nothing more than a pile of charred remains.? The book I was looking at seemed to talk about our order?s magic necklaces. I turn the page and what I saw amazed me. ?Well this is interesting; this pages is talking about our medallions. Moreso it says that they could be connected together if the person knows all three schools. With these together the person activate all of their power and in essence can seal away a demon or multitude of demons.? I pause for a moment as I read the next line to myself. Will looks at me with a confused look. ?What is it Kris? You look like you have seen a ghost or something.?

    I clear my throat for a second and read the last line. ?The person using this magical item would have to give up their soul and life to sacrifice themselves in order to do this. It makes me think if this is what happened to my father??

    Later than evening James is seen sitting in the large chair in the lobby as Damon ushers in the next group of people. James sighs for a moment and reaches for a couple of books for another reading. ?Welcome friends to The Dark Library I am James Lourdes assistant to Kristof Williams. Tonight we start off with the latest chapter in a new tome called the Compendium of the Orue Agea by DiabloWikiKire. Here is a little bit from part 9.

      Though examining the writings of scholars ancient and recent, too many to record here, I believe I understand to underlying motives behind recent events. Perhaps the most useful of all was what I learned from speaking with the self-proclaimed last of the Horadrim ?Deckard Cain.

    Next James dusts off an older tome. Next up is from a rather older book called Bane: Hero of the North by DiabloWikiBane himself. Here is a part of Chapter 7: The Tiger Jewel.

      The tall robed figure moved at a fast but confident pace through the pouring rain down the streets of the great city of Galmnor. The rain brought lightning along with it. The night was a blessing to Bane, as he didn?t want the city watch troubling him at such an hour, especially as he was a suspicious troublemaking-looking character to those of civilised up bringing.

    The last book James grabs is of a tome of poetry. Last but not least tonight is a poem by DiabloWikiMadrik Rimesorrow called Brio.

      Convicted without a crime;
      A rhyme without a reason.
      For what purpose, behold this time
      Have I been slandered with treason?

    That is all for now friends if you have any questions as you look around the lobby and the two wings; please let me know.

    At the front of the library there is a knock on the door. Damon walks up and opens it. A man is standing outside as a royal carrage it heading off. ?Well now it has been a while since I have been here. If you would young man could you fetch either James Lourdes or Kristof Williams. I have matters to speak with them about.? The man is Paul Littermann; a friend of King Justinian IV, and the very person who helped get the library financed for restoration.
