  1. Yeah…they probably mean applications no later than January, 2011. Considering the internship is most likely for the summer of 2012. Or the internship is for 2013.

  2. Working as anything else than an artist/story guy probably sucks in the industry, even at Blizzard.
Imagine the overtime you’d have to endure as a programmer/3d artist

    • @RazeBarb
If you enjoy what you’re doing (the reason one would apply for an internship) then overtime wouldn’t be so bad. I mean you get paid overtime anyway and you get to complete more of the work that you enjoy doing.

    • Maybe this is just me, overtime working at Blizzard wouldn´t be a “pain”, it would be bliss. Seriuosly, working. at. Blizzard. Despite their (higly debatable) “drop” of quality lately, Blizzard is still one of the best companies in the industry. For me, that would be dream job, overtimes and all.

  3. My son is fond of video games and he would love to work along side the Blizzard development team, he is a college student and this would be a nice opportunity for him. I told him that after finishing the internship he must focus to Get Your Degree Quickly, if he is talented maybe he will be hired by Blizzard.
