Reaper of Souls Hotfixes – 6 December 2013

A few more hotfixes have been applied server-side. Nothing earth shattering. Crushing Blow was already disabled in the last hotfix but some residual effects have been cleaned up.

General:

Crushing Blow damage has been reduced to 0% to resolve all outstanding Crushing Blow effects.

Items

Gladiator Gauntlets

Number of gold piles produced from Massacre bonuses has been reduced to 1. This is a temporary change and will be revisited in a future patch.

Pandemonium

Path of War
Regular Banished Firewings no longer drop champion-level loot.

It’s a shame about the Massacre bonus as Flux has some gloves with that on and we were rolling in gold when he wore those. I hope by ‘revisited’ they mean ‘reinstated’ and not ‘remembered fondly.

This has been archived in the DiabloWikiPatches section of Diablo Wiki for your future reference.

You can’t really do anything other than opting-in at this point. Since we’re still in the F&F phase people don’t have keys to give away.

  3. Shame about the gloves really , but Ziss got like 20M gold in 1 fight vs Iskatu , that’s simply broken , hope they don’t remove the gloves just because of the mechanic of that fight.

I doubt they’ll remove it. Most likely they’ll just put a cooldown on the effect or something.

  5. I wish just 2 OP item would be left in a game. I find those gloves in D3v every single day and it’s just like a fart in the face. Now, they’re finally good … wait, no they’re not. 🙁

    Note the word “temporary”.
