Fan Art Watch #32

Greetings all and welcome to next installment of the Fan Art Watch. This week we show off some more fan art from the D1/D2 gallery and D3 gallery. Lets take a look and what we have.

We begin in the Diablo 1/2 gallery with a very nice picture of an amazing clay sculpture of a mini-diablo by SirBedevere. The detail in the teeth, and the claws; so much time was put into this little guy.

Wrapping things up this week we go onto the Diablo 3 gallery with The Barbarian by XxDurielxX. A detailed piece of a male barbarian fully clad in some nice armor. With fist weapon and enchanted axe in hand ready to own anything in his path.

  1. So if I understand this correctly, Bashiok is saying that if you have a level 1 armour and a level 15 armour, the level 15 armour will potentially look more elaborate than the level 1 armour or version of it dependent on the tier it belongs too. A lot like Aion’s (MMO) armour system but without the level part.

That’s not too bad, but that is barely half decent character customisation in order to save time and resources on artwork as the previous people’s comments have stated. In Aion unless you can afford the dyes for colour changing which are barely in UK/US versions, then everyone looks like a clone army anyway. I hope this doesn’t happen with DIII, going on to see 4 monks looking the same.
