Diablo Fan Art Watch #199: Blizzard’s Latest Batch VIII

Welcome friends to the latest installment of the Diablo Fan Art Watch. This week I bring you a few new pieces from the Blizzard Fan Art Gallery.

We begin with a piece featuring the barbarian in The Death of Diablo by Noodle. This piece shows the barb wielding a Plasma Rifle that you would expect to come out of StarCraft 2; while standing in front of the Diamond Gates.

Next up is a piece featuring the Archangel Imperius by Li Chuan; as he stands with his face shadowed over but only his eyes glowing; looming over a pile of bones in front of the Diamond Gates

From there we have two fun pieces by Andy Lee featuring the treasure Errand Goblin dropping gold trails as he goes, and the Witch Doctor with his pets as he walks up to a sign.

Continuing from there we have two pieces by Robert Maldonado. Here we have the Wizard using Mirror Image, and Diablo stands on a pathway in the High Heavens as things get bad. Robert also had his work featured on the D3 blog.

Last but not least is a piece featuring Lyndon The Scoundrel by Tamplier showing off his amazing attention to detail as the follower is shown leaving the scene of an explosion with loot in hand. Tamplier also had his artwork featured in the d3 Blog.

  1. The Scoundrel art is breathtakingly done– and breathtaking. I’m in love with that man.
