Diablo Fan Art Watch #134: The Witch Doctors of Teganze IV

Welcome friends to the latest installment of the Diablo Fan Art Watch featuring artwork from our D3 Fan Art Gallery. This time we return once again to the dense Torajan jungles of Teganze and the Witch Doctors of the Tribe of the Five Hills.

This week we have some amazing pieces featuring the Witch Doctor and friends. Ranging from a Witch Doctor with her summon DiabloWikiGargantuan in a swamp setting, and another summoning DiabloWikiZombie Dogs in front of a large building.

Then we have one holding voodoo dolls on his left hand as if he’s a puppet master, and another that is stylized and simple and taking off their mask. Then there is the last one in a deep jungle setting magic summoned and ready to kill.

    1. The one with the Gargantuan is awesome.  Seriously though, someone do a purple/black/red color themed WD fanart? These are eerily similar in color scheme.

      • I have not seen the Gargantuan in the game yet, does he have feet and calfs?  If he does, I find it odd that the artist put him on the side that looks like hard ground and then put the WD walking on water.  I would think it would better the other way around.

        • There’s some videos floating around from the emulator with the Gargantuan in it. The artist did him pretty accurately, but yeah it looks kind of weird with the bottom half of his legs sunken in the swamp with only the WD’s feet under the water right next to him… especially since he appears to be standing on a more solid part… Aside from that, it is a really nice piece, and I love how they worked in the “Diablo” at the top. They should submit it to Blizzard.
