Diablo Fan Art Watch #108: The Wizard and the Monk

Welcome friends to the latest installment of the Diablo Fan Art Watch. This week Blizzard shows us a few new pieces of fan art from their own Diablo Fan Art Gallery.

We begin this week with two artists whom of which had their pieces added to this new gallery. They had their art featured here in the past few weeks. They are hualu with his piece the Barbarian and Wizard. The other artist is Espenartman and his piece Tyrael. Congratulations to them both.

Next up this week is an amazing piece featuring the female Wizard in Master by Kang Shuai (shock). This piece shows the wizard in a garb from a piece by Wei Wang.

Lastly this week we wrap things up with a 3-D render in zbrush of the male Monk by wumingyu (Wu Mingyu). This piece says all that needs to be said. Amazing detail work on a 3-D model. Too bad the image wasn’t larger for a better clearer view.

  1. The wizard is sort of like the barbarian, except instead of charing into the fray head first, she chooses to deal damage from afar and avoid being hit in the first place. The wizard uses ranged spells to smite her enemies from afar while using spells such as telephoner and slow time to evade her enemies. The wizard is preferable to people who don’t like icky monsters.
