Diablo 3 for Nintendo Switch surfaces at retailer for pre-order

There is still no official word on the Diablo 3 Nintendo Switch version but that’s not stopped a UK retailer putting it up for pre-order.

Numerous sources have now said that Diablo 3 is heading to the Switch but Blizzard remains silent. Despite that UK retailer CoolShop has decided to start taking orders ahead of an official reveal. CoolShop is not exactly a massive online retailer so they could just be winging it but they do have it on sale for £47.95.

They do clarify that the game is not in stock obviously and there is no release date so it’s not worth trying to buy the thing. Still, paperwork may have already been passed around to retailers in advance of an announcement and they have posted a feature list which only includes five classes.

For now, hang on and wait and see what happens.

  1. Diablo 4 confirmed to be Blizzard’s first handheld exclusive title. lol.

  2. The scary thing is, with the way many companies are viewing mobile gaming as the next big cash cow, it’s entirely possible D4 (assuming we get a D4) could be a mobile game. As terrible as it would be for the players, the companies job is to make money first and foremost…

D3 was one of the biggest selling pc games of all time

it made blizzard a ton of money

if they release D4 it will OBVIOUSLY be released on pc first

      • That is my hope as well, but that doesn’t mean that there hasn’t been a large trend towards pushing for mobile lately. Diablo would basically be the perfect auto play RPG, similar to how games like Lineage were translated to mobile. The money companies are making on mobile because people fall for things like gacha cash cows is ludicrous. Not saying it’s a foregone conclusion or anything, but I would not go so far as to say it’s 100% infeasible either. After all, hard to argue with low effort high profit. I obviously hope I’m wrong.

  3. TFW you legit have no other Diablo news to post and THIS is all you can share.

  4. I have this innate sense that Diablo 4 future is linked to the players and how they react to it; either from the past, its present or its future.

  5. Multiple speculations suggest Blizzard Entertainment is working on diablo 4 since long, whereas the avid gamers of the Diablo franchise are waiting to see the release of the fourth installment of the franchise.
