Blizzard has announced their next livestream is coming up this week on Thursday. One of the developers is taking part, but he’s an environmental artist, not a designer, so it seems unlikely we’ll get new game info or breaking news about changes coming in the next patch, etc. Diablo 3 Developer Livestream Thursday June 18:
Here are the details:
For this stream, I’ll be joined by DemonCoyote#1661, environment artist Joshua Manning, and renown Twitch streamer Quin69! We’ll be tackling Nephalem and Greater Rifts with a three Monk, one Barbarian group, pushing ourselves to the limits and seeing just how many times I can die far we can go in one hour. I’ll be running the fast-paced generator build DemonCoyote submitted to win the vote and talking about all the creepy environments, including the Cesspools and many of the areas in Act V, that Josh has had a hand in crafting!
It could be interesting to hear some details about the art and level design and such, but it’s not exactly Wyatt or Travis dropping new info on the next patch. Also, what do you bet they hit the Rifts and get like, Act 5 bone sewers and Act 1 caves for about eleven straight floors… and then the hour’s over?
“Oh look! More rocks! I drew those rocks!”
