Blizzcon Tickets on Sale: Saturday

Blizzard reminds us to remind you that the first batch of Blizzcon tickets go on sale this weekend, and the second batch next Wednesday.

If you’re interested in attending this year’s BlizzCon in Anaheim, California, the first batch of tickets goes on sale this Saturday, May 21 at 10 a.m. PT through the online Blizzard Store. If you can’t be online at that time or if tickets sell out before you have a chance to snag some, don’t worry—you’ll have more opportunities to attend. A second batch of tickets will be going on sale Wednesday, May 25 at 7 p.m. PT, and tickets to a special pre-BlizzCon charity dinner to benefit Children’s Hospital of Orange County will be going on sale Saturday, May 28 at 10 a.m. PT.

As all of the guests talked about on our Blizzcon info podcast, the best way to get tickets is to distribute your efforts. Get your friends to try to help; each person can buy up to 4 tickets. Even if your friends don’t want to go, draft them anyway; you need as many people as possible clicking that link at 10am. Once you’re all in the queue you’ll see who has the higher number, and once they get the tickets the rest of you can cancel your place in line.

  1. Where is all this “sparkledragon” crap coming from Flux? You always use this odd bit of lingo when referring to WoW and it doesn’t seem to have any specific basis within that game or universe…
